Holy balls it's hot! I haven't had a good nights sleep all week. I guess taking the flannel sheets of the bed will help. So would putting in the window A/C unit.
My poor cats just spend all their time laid out on hard, cooler surfaces.
I'm looking forward to what appears will be a nice weekend, however, I'll likely be cooped up inside finishing up the tile on our bathroom reno. Apparently the bathroom is "my" project now. H gets the rest of the house.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

Today is supposed to be a high of 4 degrees. 4!! They are saying we might get snow too.

And yes I am looking forward to the weekend already. I look forward to the weekend soon as Monday hits. But then, I am just going to be doing wedding stuff all freaking weekend. Seating charts blow.
There was a stupid fight (I don't know all the details; I stayed out of it) and half the board moved to a private board, never to be seen here again. Is that what you mean?
Yep looking forward to this weekend. It's our only break from overseas visitors in a 2 month span and as much as I love seeing our extended family, I want to enjoy time as a family of 3 getting to know the little one.
And yes, enjoying the heat...can't complain since that's pretty well all everyone did last summer when there was no warmth!!!
We should do a GTA GTG again soon.
I know that about 6 of us had babies within a 4-month span! That might be keeping things busy!...lol
I have so much going on this summer - it's scary! 5 wedding = showers, stags, gifts = $$$$ & on mat. leave = no good.
I literally have something planned everyweekend starting this one up until 2 week of August...Oy Vey!
I'm LOVING the heat...finally a summer to be proud of, sadly Mia isn't doing so well with it..she sweats like crazy & gets heat rash..poor baby. Thank goodness our pool is ready!
