Long weekend plans?
About half my office is already out of town for the long weekend (needless to say I'm bored at work now.) Any one have anything exciting planned?

Then on Sunday, I am photographing a wedding. and on Monday we have a family picnic. That's about it!

My long weekend starts tonight! Today is DH's bday and I still don't know if we're going out with his mom, or out for drinks with his work people, or if I'm cooking dinner though! It'd be nice if he'd decide soon!
Tomorrow is Carb Day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. We go out there about 7AM, bloody mary's in hand, park it in turn 3 ("the snake pit") and party all day. Afterwards we'll head to the lake.
Saturday is the annual Low Country Shrimp Boil/ pitch-in down at the lake and hopefully we can actually get out on the water too!
Sunday is the Indy 500!!!!!!!
Monday I'm recuperating and not taking any calls!

We don't really have any plans. Our friends/neighbors are having a bbq at our condo complex with their family & friends, so we may crash that. Well we were invited, so it's not exactly crashing. That's on Monday. We are actually (seriously) thinking about starting the reno on our bathroom this weekend since it's a full 3 day weekend. We're hoping we can get it like 70% done in a long weekend, and then completed the following weekend.
I really want to go see SATC 2, but I know it's not going to happen this weekend. I actually don't really like to see movies on the opening weekend. I like going 1-2 weeks after it opens when it's less crowded.
We don't have a lot planned, but I'm really excited to go to the RibAmerica festival downtown on Saturday. Bret Michaels is supposed to play, but after all of his health issues I'll be really surprised if he shows up. Either way, some other fun bands are there and who can pass up ribs??
Other than that we have a couple of small get-togethers with friends and hopefully a lot of relaxing!
NOT WORKING!!!!! today is my 11th day in a row of work. i am so pooped!
tomorrow night we are eating dinner with another couple.
saturday we are driving to wine country to drink and to eat a special dinner with our favorite artist from artiste. he was also one of the olympics artists this year!! we are spending the night to party with the artist workers!
sunday we are hitting a couple more wineries and then celebrating a friend's 30th and seeing flight of the concords!
then monday we are heading to san diego for the day to see my cousin who has livid their since nov.
