Weekend Plans?
YAY for a 3 day weekend (for some of us).
DH and I are changing over to Uverse this weekend because Cox thinks it's OK to double our monthly charges since our "introductory rate" ended. I'm excited about it b/c it's loads cheaper than Cox, we get a huge rebate from changing over, and there's a DVR app for the iPhone. (too cool for school)
We're also getting estimates on replacing the awful dated pink counters in the bathrooms with granite. I hate the current counters...so 1980s.
I think I might start on my first quilt this weekend too, and also, the weekly cleaning of the house. :

I have a three day weekend with my girl! Woot! No clue what we are doing. I wish we had a pool (or a pool party to go to) but no dice. I'll probably attempt to clean the house, go to Sam's for our bi-monthly run and hopefully do some shopping. That's about it though.

I'm going to convince Jamie to let me put in a pool when we start on the outside of the house. It's gonna work, I just know it.
Jamie is off this weekend, FINALLY. Her little sister was supposed to come up to visit this weekend to get jet-skiing, go to service at Healing Place, and make homemade pizza with me, but I don't think she's feeling well. If that falls through, I think I'll be working on the house all weekend and chilling out.
Cookout anyone? I volunteer my place.
we'll be coming to town. Saturday is my niece/godchild's 9th birthday so we'll go to that. Sunday we're taking Elise to the aquarium in NOLA, we were going to go to the zoo but it's too dang hot for that! We'll head back Monday afternoon sometime.
When are you wanting to have a cookout? That could be fun!

I'm thinking Saturday or Sunday afternoon/evening. Simple food and just hang out.
Packing, moving, and babysitting. The babysitting I don't mind, the packing and moving I do
Monday though I believe we are going out on the boat with my FIL, BIL, and a couple other people to celebrate my BIL's birthday so that will be a nice treat after spending the weekend moving.
I should be packing some more right now but I'm nesting and being lazy instead
