The prostect of four days off of both work and school! We turned down all the invites to BBQs and such, so I'm going to try to cram catching up on all of the housework and homework into today and tomorrow so that I can actually have a couple of days to RELAX! I cannot even remember how long its been since that has been a possibility - should be great.

I was looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend at the lake but now I'm under allergy fog and feel like crap from lack of sleep and a stuffy nose. Boo.

I've gotta work Monday... and probably a little bit Saturday and Sunday. And I have a grant due soon that I need to start writing... boo. But hopefully it will be nice enough I can work on my tan. I'm sick of the weekdays being really nice and the weekends being rainy. Unfair!

I'm looking forward to going to Kentucky. I haven't been there since I was very young, and I understand it's one beautiful state! Can't wait to see it!

I'm really looking forward to three days to rest and relax. My first golf lesson on Saturday should be...interesting, but it'll make DH happy. He's been really cute with the "I wish you could have been there" comments when he goes golfing.

But what I'm most looking forward to this weekend is kittens! I found another shelter that's really close to where I work, so I went to scout it out yesterday on my lunch break. All their kittens had the sniffles and I didn't get to see any! So disappointing. Hopefully the kitties at the place we're going to tomorrow are all healthy.

What am I looking forward to most this weekend?

Sleeping in and a few days of no stress. This week has been really tough because senior management has been in our office and we have had tons of meetings and presentations.

I'm looking forward to getting some housework done and relaxing. I wanted to see my mom, but she's under doctor's orders not to talk for a month in order to rest her vocal chords. So, that's out of the question. Maybe we'll take a day trip somewhere since we nixed the idea of leaving town all together.

I am looking forward to relaxing and enjoying my 3 days with my family. My SIL is in the hospital right now in full blown labor, so hopefully baby Josh will be here soon, so that we can see him once they get home.

TGI-FREAKING-F! I'm so glad it is here. I have the worst headache right now . Hoping this latte will get rid of it.

I'm hoping to relax this weekend...we are duckpin bowling with some friends tonight, then cleaning house tomorrow (although I'm hoping DH will do most of it...I really need to relax!), and Sunday we start birthing classes!

My frieghbors (friends/neighbors) want to come down on Monday and catch up on United States of Tara (DH and I are the only ones with Showtime), and hopefully we'll get a chance to see Babies this weekend, since I haven't yet.

Thank goodness.....even though I've been up since 3am because mother nature hates me and decided to make my period WWIII this month... Looking forward to SATC2 tonight! Sleeping in tomorrow then 2 of our friends are getting married so lots of good friends/drinking going on. AND her colors are hot pink and shamrock green, so I am dying to see her decor etc. Should be awesome. Then Sunday night we are going to Ribfest and going to watch Everclear and Collective Soul Play. Good Times!

Well if the weather is nice we will be going on our friends boat. We will also be going to see my DH side of the family about an hour away for a little on Sunday. Tonight we will be having drinks here at our house with my DH best friend who is moving to cali soon.

Oh well a place to go visit!!!! Maybe I will go with the BFF to see Sex in the City 2 on Monday!

It's Monday

for me...But it's only 3 days on, w/ Memorial day of. DH and I will have a rare day off together. Deciding between a picnic at an overcrowded park, or BBQ on our postage stamp porch. Either way, there will be music and beer. Happy Friday to everyone!

Well last weekend was our holiday weekend so this weekend I have to work! Evenings at that, I hate working until midnight on the weekends. However tomorrow before work we are going to the farmers market and then on Sunday I am going to see if I can sneak out of work for an hour to go to my friends going away BBQ. I really, really want to go and I wanted to take a vacation day but my boss sucks!

Right now I am most looking forward to having Monday off. I had to put on the end of the year teacher luncheon today and it was go, go, go. I think I got to hot at work and on the drive home because I've been miserable so far this evening. MH wants me to start feeling better because we're having a cookout tomorrow and we're planning on some serious partying. Sunday will be spent listening to the race (for MH) and some cleaning for me. No plans on Monday other than laundry and that's okay by me.
