I had a great weekend!
I did a bunch of errands on Friday, did some shopping and dropped off all the wedding decor stuff at my sis's on Saturday (so gad to have that off my plate), and had drinks with a friend in town from the Yukon, then vegged around all day yesterday with Dallas and the cats. I feel refreshed, which I haven't felt in quite some time! Oh, and the rain has stopped...after 2 weeks! Yay!

Fantastic weekend! The weather was absolutely perfect!
My mom came over to watch DS while I gardened for about 3 hours. The backyard looks so great now. Then we took Evan in his wading pool for a bit.
Yesterday we went out for breakfast, did a bit of grocery shopping, and went swimming next door. Then Dh took DS out for a bit so I could relax and we had a bbq when they came home.
Andrew and I went OOT to visit my mom. We had a nice time visiting and spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the weather, but Andrew didn't sleep well away from home and was grumpy and clingy all weekend.
And a bit of sadness: When we got to my mom's house, I noticed that the dog wasn't there, so I asked her where he is, and she said he's missing. She took him with her to see fireworks last weekend, and he got scared and ran away. Poor Riley. I sure hope they find him.
My weekend was alright. We got lots done. Friday we went to the community swimming pool and relaxed the hot tub and steam room. Saturday I had my trail hair and makeup for the wedding. Well the hair was fantastic but my gosh the makeup was horrendous. So I am cancelling the makeup and doing it myself. I worked out on Saturday and watched a movie while FH was out watching UFC. Sunday we worked out and did wedding stuff like seating chart, speech, picked up the mixes for the bar, etc.
I can't wait till all this stuff is done. For the last 3 weekends it has been wedding crap all week long.
