2. Have you found out about a friend's engagement/marriage/divorce on FB before IRL? Yes, found out about a friend's marriage yesterday. We sort of knew they were going to elope soon, and they announced it today. I got an email invitation later in the day to a cocktail hour in their honor in a few weeks,
3. Have you defriended anyone and why? Yes. The person kept posting too much offensive stuff.
4. Any other odd FB stories? Probably too many to name.

2. Have you found out about a friend's engagement/marriage/divorce on FB before IRL? Yes, babies too. They weren't that close of friends though, so it wasn't a big deal.
3. Have you defriended anyone and why? Yes, I unfriended a couple of people from high school that I wasn't that close to back in the day, and never communicated with on FB. Also a couple of family members that created too much drama.

1. What is the weirdest thing someone has posted on FB that you have seen? nothing really comes to mind
2. Have you found out about a friend's engagement/marriage/divorce on FB before IRL? a divorce, yes. From our friend changing his relationship status and then I noticed his WIFE was no longer on his "friends" list. Yeah. We all figured that out pretty quick.
3. Have you defriended anyone and why? yes, one fam member for causing unnecessary drama and one HS friend for just being WEIRD.
4. Any other odd FB stories? I keep some people in limbo by not answering their friend request - one girl is for like the 10th time. She's just too weird for communicating and no amount of "decline"-ing deters her!!!

1. What is the weirdest thing someone has posted on FB that you have seen? There's a number of stuff from updates about "the day with the kid" to relationship drama
2. Have you found out about a friend's engagement/marriage/divorce on FB before IRL? yep. I also have to check for the goings on of friends (like if they are planning a gtg or something b/c heaven forbid they actually call to invite people)
3. Have you defriended anyone and why? Not yet (I'll likely do this sooner or later), but I've denied some and left other friend requests in limbo.

4. Any other odd FB stories?Yes, we have a family member overseas who claims he is independently wealthy.yes! I have a few friends that use that "Four Square" app, and it's really annoying. I don't care if you just got to work, or if you're in Macy's or Chucky Cheese or anywhere else.
