One of my biggest peeves
is when I am reading a real estate listing and see something like this as a selling feature: "Architecturally designed and professionally engineered and constructed". Friggin' DUH! I wasn't aware that having a properly and legally designed and constructed home was such a unique feature. I actually read one last week that implied that having a shower in the main bathroom was some sort of luxury! Yeesh.

I?m an agent and personally hate ?custom built? as it typically means the only person who would ever want the property are the ones that already own it.
I haven?t noticed the ?processional constructed? lines in my area before.
We have a custom home and I can't imagine using it as a selling feature. Whenever I read that in a listing it makes me assume that it's too personalized for the market...even when that may not be the case.
I have read alot of bad listing write-ups lately. The ones that make me chuckle are the ones that have so many adjectives that they are hard to read! lol
