Positions filled. Boo. She did take my info because they may have another opening soon, but she also said they got tons of resumes for the last job.

I feel silly even asking for them, cause this has a 10% chance of happening.
There's a job opening at a daycare/preschool center in town for a teacher's assistant, and I'm going to check it out today. It's the only job I would consider taking outside home, because Evan would still be right there with me (daycare is included), but I have no experience whatsoever (other than Evan), so I doubt I'll get the job.
But maybe my chances will increase to 30% with your lovely vibes. Who knows, maybe they'll like me.

How exciting! What an awesome job with a convenient perk. I think they will snap you up - unless they have laws like California where you need ECE credits (Early Childhood Education). They would have mentioned that in the ad...and maybe you have them. Good luck and job vibes to you!

Sorry you didn't get it lady - but don't sell yourself short! Being a mama is 10x the training I had in daycare work.
I like jweat's idea of finding other mom's around too - its a decent way to pick up extra cash.
