Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anything Surprise You?
Since our board is so slow, just wondering if there is anything that has surprised you since you got married. Either about the marriage/wedding/life...
Mine:
1) How hard it has been to get my name added to DH's bank account. Seems like each time we go that they add some other piece of paper that we need...
2) How quickly people started asking me if I was pregnant/when I plan on becoming pregnant...

Hey, this is the first time I've checked out this board.
Changing my name sucked (or sucks as I am still not done). I've done my SS card, Drivers Liscense, 1 Bank, work, Health Insurance....I think that's all, still have a ton to do, should get working on that....
I wish it were easier....
How...well..easy it is despite a multitude of things happening that put the whole for better or worse to the test (blizzard on the wedding day, me getting sick and almost dying, father in law in the hospital, needing to sell and move to be closer to his parents...just alot of stuff).
I know so many people that were separated by month three and it boggles my mind!
