This is snarky, but.......
Cnn and Msnbc are both reporting that oil could land on the shores of Florida in the next 24-48 hours. This is the major headline, and interviews with the governor and local fishermen, etc. I get it, it's big freaking deal, but it just seems like no one cares that it hit 3 other states first. Everyone knows about LA, but what about MS and AL. It just seems like the captialist in the media is all up in arms about it.
It angers me that if FL gets hit with anything they are the "baby" of the family and need extra help and support. The fact that a major tourist spot and a 2nd major economy are about to be hit makes this an even bigger mess. The feds need to step in and take over, I'm done with this corporate crap.
