whats for dinner?
DH is traveling for work and I have the house to myself tonight. I'm seriously bad about cooking for one since I haven't had to do it in such a long time. All I know is that I want mushrooms in whatever I make because DH won't eat them and I love them and have been hungry for them for a while now.

Final Verdict -
An aged Manchego cheese and honey along with some marinated olives
Pasta with vodka sauce accompanied by sauteed onion, garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms.
