EVERYWHERE!
Seriously! He started army crawling this weekend and just won't stop. I love it and I'm so excited for him - he is sooooo happy about being able to move without help from mom and dad. It does make me laugh though - he has a rug burn on his right arm from dragging himself.
I will admit that a teensy eensy piece of me was a little bit sad to see him be less of a baby and more of a kid. But, like I said, its so exciting to watch.
Now, send some "sell your house now W family" to us so we can figure out if we need to babyproof. We talked to a guy that buys houses to flip/rent out and he is going to call back tomorrow after he talks to his partner. He sounded interested to a point. Another group turned us down because they only buy foreclosed on homes. I have one other "WE BUY HOMES NOW! BUYERS WAITING!" phone number then we're listing it with a realtor.
Re: My baby moves! And a house update.

Be careful and do some research on those types of we buy homes places... I know you want to get out of that house, like yesterday, but I would be leary. Maybe do some research on what compairable houses in your hood are going for so you dont get ripped off.
At this point, we want to break even. If we make $1000 bucks, we'll consider ourselves lucky. We won't take less than we paid for it though, because we've made improvements to it. We're actually offering less than other houses in our neck of the woods but our house is older and needs some updates.
