so annoyed...
I get home today and DH's friend is here. He lives out of state and is here for an interview - but we did just spend the entire week in Peru with him last week, so it's not like they haven't seen each other for awhile. When I get home from work after my insane commute (which happened to be extra hot and crowded today) I like to relax!! I just turned down going to dinner with them -leaving the house on weeknights unless it is to go to a walk is never appealing to me b/c of my commute, and going to dinner immediately after a week long vacation where every meal is going out is also not. And, to top it off it appeared that DH lent him one of my favorite books that I do re-read and have done so multiple times.
Sorry, just had to vent. And I'm frequently crabby after my commute, but usually hanging out with DH and eating dinner with him rather than hopping online!!

I can totally see your point of view! Hopefully he doesn't take the book with him when he leaves!

I did not get a heads up -and he did take the book!
I am not a pleasant person most week nights, I don't even answer my phone most of the time. I'm also in the middle of an extended period b/c I decided to skip the placebo of my bcp while on vacation and it's screwed things up, so that's not making things better!!
::HUGS:: I know exactly how you feel minus the awful commute. I hate being bothered after work most days. I just want to be left alone!
I hope he ends up giving the book back. After about a week I would start bugging your DH so you get the book back ASAP.
Sorry about the placebo of your BCP getting all screwed up. That happened to me after the wedding. I ended up with 3 periods in December. I was not a happy camper!
