GTG 2011
Jen suggested Louisiana in 2011 for a GTG. April here in Lafayette hosts the USA's largest free festival. It is on the last full weekend of April. This festival piggybacks with Jazz Fest 1st weekend so it has alot of the same groups, except it is absolutely free. The weather is always gorgeous, the music is amazing, and the food xannot be beat. Here is a link to the website. I would be able to find hotel room and possibly get them at a discount. Lafayette Regional Airport is our airport and I really think it would be a really nice trip at a low cost.
