I HATE COOKING.
Ok, that's a lie. I love cooking... most of the time.
Tonight I decided to make this delicious looking/sounding recipe. The recipe is in my blog if you are curious. And I HATED it.
My mistake may have been cooking with so much red wine when I hate red wine. I thought it would be ok since it was cooked with a bunch of other stuff... or something. fml.
Re: RAWR!
Awwwww... after reading your blog post earlier this evening, I thought for sure your dinner would be soooo delicious!!!
Sorry to hear that it didn't turn out the way you wanted it to.

Exactly! lol. Whatever... I tried something new & found out I don't really like it. I won't make that mistake again, haha. It's just so annoying - not to mention the hit my wallet took buying all those special ingredients.
Oh! & then, to redeem myself, I decided to make chocolate chip cookies last night. Well I was out of flour, so I thought "I'll swap oatmeal in for the flour." Mmmm... NO. Did not work. They tasted ok, but the ratios are different. The cookies ended up coming out completely flat - flatter than a pancake. They tasted really sweet, but they were more like a chewy/crumble. Ugh.
