I'm feeling so uninspired, I have a lot on my mind right now. As you know, we're redoing the kitchen. We have a half bath off the kitchen that is getting a facelift too. Initially we thought we were going to leave the wall color the same, but now, we're thinking since everything else is going to be updated, why not repaint? It's currently a darker green more on the olive side, but not quite that shade, more green. I don't mind it actually, but something new would be nice.
The tile from the kitchen is going to flow right into the bathroom. It's a slate grey color. We have white trim/door, and there will be a white wall mounted sink. There are no windows in this half bath, so no natural light. It's about the size of a closet - very small. We always keep the door closed to this bathroom, so we don't really need to worry about it clashing with what's going on in the kitchen.
This is the faucet we're getting. Our light fixtures are on the contemporary side too. Any suggestions? I'm open to anything. If you have pics, even better. I just need something to get me going. Like I said, I've got no inspiration right now. Between finishing up the bathroom, working on the nursery and the kitchen, I'm fizzling out fast. Thx.
Re: Decor help
What about a buttery yellow? Your cabinets are white right? I like this reallly light green color too. It subtle and refreshing.
Not sure if this is too country:
I like this blue too:
Thanks, I really like that pale green in the first one!
I also like the blue one too! We just did our master bath in a color very similar!
We used Sherwin Williams' Samovar Silver in our kitchen, and I loved how it turned out. (The middle color.)
We did get the Touch 2.0! I'll let you know how it works out. The counters, sink and faucet go in later this week. It was supposed to be today, but the contractors worried about the granite guys putting in 1,000 pounds (or whatever) of granite in the kitchen when the floors just got finished last Friday. They said they needed a few more days to set first.
Very cool! I'm excited that you got it. I had been kind of regretting giving you a pretty wishy-washy response, because as I've continued to use it, I think it is pretty neat. I hope you love it!
