I am interested in getting one. What features should I look for, it's a little overwhelming.

Basically, anything from PR is amazing. I've never been disappointed.
I actually really like the cheap Trojan vibrators, the Mini Touch and Vibrating Touch. The Mini is a bit larger, actually, which means I think it sometimes stays in place better (if he's on top of me), but the Vibrating Touch is more comfortable, in my opinion, because of its jelly-like cover. We use it when I'm on top (most of the time), and it helps push me over the edge.

You can get extra batteries for both on Amazon in bulk--just go with the cheap Asian brands where they'll give you 100 for $10. I was skeptical at first that maybe they'd be inferior quality, but they've worked fine! It's soooo much cheaper than buying Duracell or anything else more "name brand."

As far as what to look for, it's really about personal preference... We like the Little Honey. It's small, making it easy to use during sex. It's the "velvet touch" so it doesn't feel like cold plastic. It also takes regular batteries, which is nice. I think it would be a good starter vibe.
(FYI, Adam&Eve will send you coupon flyers & catalogs in the mail if you order from them. You may not mind, but I don't want that stuff in my mail box. I think MyPleasure.com has a good selection & is more discrete.)
I've only ordered from them online, but I believe that you can opt out of receiving anything from them by mail. I only get offers in my email.
