Why ask me my legal advice if you're just going to ask someone else?!

vent/ Part of my job is advising the non-attorneys on legal matters relating to child support.  Now, whereas in real life, you're free to ignore my legal advice, in this work environment, if I tell you the answer is A, then the answer is A. You must proceed accordingly. But if you don't trust me enough to believe my answer, why bother asking me? One of the CS officers keeps asking me stuff and then turning around and asking others (not attorneys) the same thing (looking for a different answer, confirmation?). I am open with her and tell her when I don't know an answer. But you can bet your @ss if I give you an answer, I know what the h3ll I'm talking about. It really upsets me that she won't trust what I tell her to be the answer. GRRRRRRRRR!!!!

Okay. /vent

We have so much time, and so little to do! Strike that, reverse it.
