Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Shred Question

I've been trying to figure out how to enter the 30 day shred into my Daily Plate on Livestrong.  

If I put in "circuit training with some aerobic - with minimal rest" it says I burn 280 calories per 20 min.  If I put in "circuit training general with minimal rest" it's 212 calories per 20 min.  

Which should I put?
