How's everyone feeling this morning, Kristin?  Sending T&Ps for Monday's visit, Mandy... that's scary. Tongue Tied  I'm glad you're able to go soon and hope you get an answer quickly.  How's everyone else?

I really hope people are around today... I could use some chatter because I'm likely to blow through my work and then I'll be sitting here with a million things I could do... but I'm at work. Sad

I'm doing alright this morning... I completely overslept.  What a weird 24 horus.  I had a fairly rotten day at work yesterday (my boss is weird since telling myself and CW that neither of us got the job AND the "Congrats to EmployeeWhoGotTheJob... help me welcome her to the team" email came out yesterday. I'd like to welcome her to the team with a pan of brownies laced with ex-lax!

Then I whacked my head pretty hard while cleaning last night.  I was a little concerned, but seem to be fine.  Of course, Xena had bad dreams all night, so even if I had had a concussion, we were up every other hour with her.

Anyway... let the party preparations begin! I'm making both batches of cupcakes tonight, cutting up the veggies (other than tomatoes), and hoping to get most of the decorations up.

    I'm here - we finished the mulch yesterday and I am so sore! we have to go to AAA today to get our car registration / DL / change of address done, stupid state of RI - I swear nothing can be done easily, they put the wrong address on my drivers license - no street number and spelled the street wrong, you can't go in and renew your registration you  have to do it online or by mail - I can't do either because the address is wrong - their fault completely but I have to pay to get a new license, change the address then I can renew my registration which is now expired while dealing with all of this, so we're going to AAA who said it wasn't as dramatic as the DMV was making it out to be, so that's where I'll be this afternoon - wow that kind of turned into a vent, sorry.

    I'm here.  I'm still not really sleeping at my mom's house...I think it's too hot.  We open the door (there's a balcony off our room) but then the crickets keep me up.  And even when I DO fall asleep, the sun wakes me up at 5.30 b/c the balcony door is east-facing.

    I just want to sleep!  :(

    Damn you Nest for screwing up my siggy!
