Someone at Aaron's work just asked him if he was autistic. WTF?! Who asks someone that? This guy is NOT a supervisor. Aaron told him he wasn't but he does have OCD and the guy laughed.
Seriously?! Aaron's still on 'probation' until September and he doesn't want to stir things up, but I think it's out of line to ask someone that unless you are a boss and even then.... Aaron is making a note of the incident 'just in case', but really?!
Am I over-reacting?

Wow I totally agree with Shelli! WTF tells a person that it is ok to ask someone that??

I don't want to stir the pot here, but am I the only one who thought it was kinda funny? First of all Aaron is so obviously not autistic and second of all what kind of doucher asks someone that? I don't know, I guess it's just seems so ridiculous that it's funny to me. I don't want to negate your feelings as I might feel differently if it was AJ, but I'm probably more likely to laugh it off as the other guy being a total idiot. But, I think it's a good idea to make a note of the incident anyways.
Sorry if I offended anybody, that wasn't my intention. Laughing tends to be my go to reaction for some reason
Don't worry you aren't offending me. I think the reason I'm really ticked off is because this guy has given Aaron the cold shoulder since he started then yesterday said something to Aaron about him being 'too loud'. That coupled with what he said this morning just really ruffled my feathers.
I think it would have been funnier if this Poop-Picker wasn't picking on my hubby.
Um hell no you're not overreacting. Who does that. Definitely have him take note of when and where as well. That is not okay.
And this just sounds like he's trying to be a douche and get Aaron to fight. Good thing he didn't take the bait.
This. Seriously, wtf?
