What are some of your favorite go to recipes?

Mexican casserole. Perogies and sausage. Vegetable soup or chili in the crock pot (great for winter). Chicken parmasean.
I'm not a great cook, although I'm stockpiling more recipies and getting a little better. I did a lot of soup and salad when I lived alone! H is an awesome cook, but I get home from work 2 hours before he does, so I always end up being the one to cook dinner. He never complains though - he's a trooper!
My DH and I love to create things together in the kitchen - although I wish our kitchen was a little bigger!
He loves to grill and I love the ease of the crock pot and casserole meals.
