Hello people. It is the day after my wedding and I had to log on here to warn all of you DO NOT USE MAC LIMO of Lockport. They are unprofessional and awful. They did not know where they were going, there was no GPS, there were no enough glasses on the limo, the speakers were broken and the driver was useless. HERE IS THE BEST PART, THEY LEFT US AT THE CHURCH AND DID NOT COME BACK, WE HAD TO CALL OUR FRIENDS BACK AND HAVE THEM COME AND RESCUE US, THEN THEY SENT A LIMO AN HOUR LATER TO THE PLACE WHERE WE WERE HAVING PICTURES, A DIFFERENT LIMO, A DIFFERENT DRIVER, AND THE WHOLE THING RUINED OUR DAY. WE WERE LATE FOR THE RECEPTION, MISSED THE COCKTAIL HOUR, AND EVERYTHING HAD TO BE CRAMMED IN. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RECEPTION WE WERE ON THE PHONE STOPPING PAYMENT TO THAT COMPANY, AND BETTER YET, THE OWNER WHO PROMISED THE SUN, MOON AND STARS, WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL US BACK, HE PRETENDED TO BE OUT OF TOWN! YOU ONLY GET MARRIED ONCE, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER AND SPREAD THE WORD, THANKS.
