NEGOTIATOR! Sorry all I can think of is William Shatner in the commercial ha!
Ok, seriously though...has any one ever used Priceline to bid on a hotel? What was your experience like? I get kind of nervous booking and paying for something without knowing exactly what it is. TIA!
Re: Priceline
DH uses Priceline for just about all of our trips! He has really good luck with it too. Last year we went to Chicago (your neck of the woods!) and stayed at the Hyatt downtown (on Wacker) for about $75 a night. He also used it when we went to NYC in October and got good deals on a hotel in Midtown.
We've yet to have a bad experience with them. Good luck!
I've only used priceline for flights, and hotwire for hotels - hotwire is another you might want to look into. As long as you book 3 stars or higher the hotels we've gotten have been great and really cheap!! I would trust priceline too though.
