Father's Day Gift for DH
DH specifically told me not to buy him anything for his birthday (which is today). I followed his wishes and now I'm going to buy him something bigger for father's day.
Please keep the following in mind: he has a 512mb iPod now. He uses it regularly and I'd just like to give him more options, specifically access to more songs.
I don't know if he would utlize everything on the touch. Probably, but not sure.
For his birthday, SIL gave him a $50 GC to sports authority and I'm 99.9% sure my mom is giving him the same thing today. So he may be able to buy new golf shoes, assuming he wants them. He always comments how he would like new ones but doesn't need them.

Do you think he'd watch movies on the iPod? If so then go with the bigger memory...if not then the smaller one will still hold plenty of songs.
If you bought him new golf shoes do you think he'd be able to find something else to spend his gc to Sport's Authority on?
Bigger the better is what I always say.
He'll never run out of room and you'll end up saving money in the long run (let's say if he did run out of room).
I watch movies on the iTouch because I take the train in during busy season, I really don't know if he'd watch movies on the touch, he is always driving, never takes the train.
The nano, has some pretty cool features (like being able to listen to the radio). He is has an older nano now, and doesn't complain. Ugggg, I hate being so indecisive. And I can't ask him anything about it, because he'd catch on too.
As far as sport's authority goes, he could buy new golf balls, but really $100 of golf balls is a bit much. He is good with his clubs for now. If anything, he may buy new skates but not sure if he wants them or if he was just saying that one day.
that's what I was thinking too.
I am leaning towards the blue one, since he'll be able to spot it on his desk at work. Hopefully it won't seem dorky getting the blue one.
