Inland Empire CSA & Farmers Markets
So Kat and Diana were talking about this today, and it seems really cool! It is a CSA- Community Supported Agriculture. Supporting local business and getting a heck of a deal on locally grown and farmed produce! Have any of you tried this?

We were also talking about Farmers Markets- do you go to any local FMs? Which one(s)?
Don't worry about tomorrow. After all, today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday. Take each day as it comes...one at a time.

Re: Inland Empire CSA & Farmers Markets
We go to the Riverside farmer's market downtown every Saturday. We have also used a CSA before, but the name escapes me at the moment. It was $22/share, and we got a TON of stuff. We got more for our money using the CSA than going to the farmer's market - the downside is that you take what they give you; you don't get to pick it out.
Both are EXCELLENT ways to support local farmers and a very wonderful way to contribute to the green movement. I do not buy produce in the store anymore, unless it's somewhere like Clark's.
We sometimes go to the Farmers Market in Riverside on Saturdays. But we haven't been recently.
Excuse my ignorance as this may be a really dumb question, but are all sellers at farmer's markets growing organic? I mean just because they are local doesn't mean they are organic right? How do you know?
I promise my logic makes sense in my head
