Interview Update
I went to Plano for the second interview, it was a really long one from 1 to 4!! Anyways, I felt really good about the interview, and they told me they are going to go ahead with the background check, .... and come up with an offer. The position would be a huge advancement both career and salary wise.
The only hard part would be the transition to a new city, and moving away from wonderful Austin. DH has to stay behind until he find a job and fulfills his comittment with his current employer, ...

Awesome!! I'm so excited for you!! Continued dust that it'll be a great offer and that DH will find something soon too.
I totally understand about it being bittersweet to leave Austin though. I have a really great job that just doesn't exist in Austin but every time we visit we wonder why we ever left. But at least we do get to visit fairly often. And DFW isn't so bad.
