Spinning Question - Angela?
Hey Ladies -
So this may be TMI. but I tried my first spinning class over the weekend, and I feel like I was sitting on the seat wrong or something?! I feel like my whole inner crotch area is black and blue!
I was fine whenever we stood up and did hills, but whenever we were sprinting (ie - sitting on the seat...), I was in a ton of pain!
Is this normal? Any tips to make spinning more comfortable?
Re: Spinning Question - Angela?
I hate to tell you this, but that is kind of normal for a beginner. You may not believe me, but you do "get used to it" as you take more classes and then you don't feel that pain anymore.
You could try getting some padded shorts or a gel seat, but neither are cheap or work all that well.
I warn all of my newbies about the seat, but there is not a whole lot you can do about it. Sorry!!
