Well...
If anyone remembers a few months ago (march) I was AW'ing my weight loss, and asked my Dr if I could be taken off one of my meds (water pill)- which he did?
Anyway, I think Im going to call the Dr's office today and ask if they can call in to the pharmacy for an RX for the water pill again. I have gained that "weight" back, and have been retaining water again 
I really hope they don't ask me to come back in just for this!

I thought about that, but since im on a high blood pressure med. my mom thinks I shouldnt go that route (although I could ask the pharmacist and might if the receptionist is lazy about asking my dr).
I just got off the phone from the dr's office, she said they would check with my dr and get back with me if there was a problem. Cross your fingers for me that I dont have to go in.
Thanks, I know right? My dr's office (the staff) is SO stupid and annoying I cant wait for the day that I can find another PCP.
does high blood pressure run in your family?
i know everytime i go to the dr office and they do my blood pressure it is high. but i get VERY nervous about going. they check it like 2 times and it is always high. i have had one doctor tell me that for some people you can not get a good reading on bc they always get so nervous before going to the dr that their blood pressure runs high when it is just caused by nerves. so that dr works with me and takes it later. but my obgyn is another story i get the same bad nurse everytime and she makes comments and when i tell her what the dr told me she tells me thats not the truth that i have high blood pressure.
Yes High blood pressure runs in my family (my weight probably doesnt help). I get nervous when I go to the Dr, but he put me on a HBP med thats also a beta blocker (for my migraines).
Just got a call...guess what?! I have to go in to see him. The staff is claiming he wrote on my file I had to go back in for a checkup a month later (which he never told me).
This on top of their billing makes me really want to ask for a copy of my file when I go in on wednesday and find another dr. (they always bill me after every appointment and never file with my health insurance so I have to go through hoops everytime I see the dr).
Oh, and I asked the nurse if I could just take an over the counter water pill, and she said no. UGH. hate them!

oh my goodness! yeah i would def ask for a copy of your file and start looking for another dr if you do not feel comfortable there!
i agree they way some dr do their insurance is crazy!
