Re: Carrie
It was okay. Nothing really interesting, although I did ask her at what point we should consider looking into figuring out whether or not something's wrong. Her response is that since I got pg on cycle 5 (naturally), there's no indication that we're not a "normal" couple, and "normal" couples can take up to a year to conceive. She also said, though, that the "months trying" count basically starts over after the m/c...so she really won't be concerned unless I get to next January and am still not pg.
I have to admit that I was bummed to hear that, mainly because I really like her as a doctor. But I think we'll probably give it another couple months and then have DH go to a doctor to get things on his end checked out. Then we'd need to decide if we want to wait until January or find another doctor for me.
Or we'll get lucky and just get pg soon.

I hope you get PG ASAP (like this month so we can go through this together).
I don't know if I agree with her about it starting over after a m/c as to me that is totally not accurate. My thinking is if someone had more then 1 m/c in a row they are basically starting over each time and to me that does not sound right.
Good job about being proactive but I hope that you won't have to get any testing done.
Please know that I am here if you have any questions.
Butting in... I think that they only count the miscarriages if you have more than one, I might be wrong but I think I read that somewhere.
I hope this is your month Carrie!
