Testosterone booster

My SO has been having issues with his sex drive. He does not have the drive anymore. He is 32 yr old active healthy just seems to have little or any testosterone. His energy level is lower, feels weaker, and again lpwe sex drive. We are looking for natural ways for him to build his testosterone before going to the doctor. Do you have any suggestions on what he could do? Thank you in advance! This is really hurting our relationship.

You're taking a big leap in this diagnosis. Until the doctor checks it, you don't know squat about his testosterone level. There could be any number of reasons he's not feeling up to par. The doctor should be your starting point, not your last hope.

Loss of physical intimacy can be very lonely and isolating. Don't suffer, get him to a doctor. Good luck.

This. He could have diabetes, high blood pressure, stress and oh, no, heave forbid, he may just be tired of you. He needs to see a doctor to rule out all possible physical reasons for why he's feeling like this. And if it is a testosterone issue, he needs to boost his levels under the watch of a physician. Testosterone can be tricky and if you start or stop taking it on your own, there's no way of knowing what will go wrong or of controlling possible mood swings and other issues. He may just need therapy or stress relieving activities.

  • You DH should have a doctor check him out. Have the blood work done to see if his testosterone level is normal, then go from there.
  • My DH recently went to the doctor and found out he had low testosterone levels. He got online and read somewhere that there are some vitamins you can get called ZMA that help to boost testosterone. ?He decided to try them because he's all about some vitamins, and they really seemed to work. ?He had only been taking them for a couple days and we saw a dramatic increase in his sex drive. ?He had a lot more energy and lasted a lot longer during sex. ?He got them at a place called Vitamin Shoppe.. I'm sure they would have them at most health stores.?
  • Thank u! He has been to the doctor and was told her has lower testosterone levels. He is going to get the ZMA tomorrow. Hopefully it work helps.
  • My husband was put on testosterone shots for low testosterone to help with weight loss. When we were TTC I was researching low testosterone and low sperm count to see if there was a link. I ended up finding out that testosterone shots are being studied as a male form of birth control- sorta like the Pill, and is very effective so far. So, he stopped the shots. His BFF was also getting the shots and was TTC. He had his sperm tested (before I found this research) and it was 0. He stopped the shots too and 6 months later, he has normal sperm counts again. So, the moral of the story is- be careful with artificial testosterone if you will be TTC soon. The studies were showing it takes about 4-6 months for sperm levels to normalize again.
