Hi ladies... I'm alive
And finally starting to feel like a human being again.
Last Sunday my Crohn's flare up was getting intolerable even with all of the new meds my doc put me on.I was running a high temp and could not hold food down. We paged my doctor and he had me get admitted to the hospital for 5 days.
It turns out I had a major bleed in part of my intestines and the top of my colon , and ended up with a blood infection. They hooked me up to major IV stuff, and I had to get a blood transfusion. I kind of felt like Mandy Moore in Grey's Anatatomy.... was just praying there was no crazy shooter in the hospital!
So I got out on Thursday and have just been taking it easy at home all weekend. And on a side note and follow up to my work... DH called my boss and filled her in. Not ONE person called or asked how I was doing. I am going back to work on Wednesday , and going to have a whole new attitude when I am there. I think when our house is all fixed up I am going to look for a new salon that actually has human beings working there.

How awful for you! I'm glad you are starting to feel better now! And wtf is wrong with your co-workers!? That is so rude of them. At least you have your Novembies whom love you very much and are glad you're feeling better now.
