My dad had an interview with his dream job almost two weeks ago... he has not heard anything back yet, but they haven't made a decision as far as we've heard (my brother works at the same university, so he keeps trying to hear little things). Dad's been laid off for a few months now and the money from is kind of dwindling down.... if he doesn't hear back from the uni, then he's going to open up his own computer repair shop, but we need good vibes either way that something comes through and we start getting cash flow back in. TIA.

I will definitely keep positive thoughts in mind for your dad. We are going through the same thing right now. HH wass laid off after we got back from HM and he had an interview today so we are keeping our fingers crossed.
Best of luck to your dad on getting his dream job. If you don't mind sharing - what's the job? Just curious
