Also, how is the house hunting going? If you are willing to move further east there are TONS of houses for sale here in San Tan Valley. I love it out here, it's quiet. I wish my work was closer but it's worth the quite and stars out here.

House hunting has come to a hult. We found one about 3 weeks ago in Gilbert, right down the road from the other one we liked (it was a Short Sale and never heard anything for 4 months so we took our offer back). We put the offer in on a Friday, they ordered the Appraisal on Monday and that went well. They did accept our offer but we have to wait for the current owner to pay the pool off otherwise we won't get it since we don't have the extra cash to pay it off. I guess they are working with him and apparently he does have the money so it's looking really good.
I've seen all the nice ones out there in the San Tan Valley area but that was a little too far for us. We love Gilbert a lot and that's kind of where our heart was set on. Once we move, we'll have to get together as we won't be too far away! :-)
Oh and I didn't know you were a Thyroid Cancer survivor!! CONGRATS!!! That's awesome!!!
I bet this guy could really help you....I just also noticed your siggy with your diagnoses (spelling? lol).

WHAT?!?!?! An accepted offer? That is wonderful! You didn't tell me, I am sooo excited for you!
We had a similar situation with a second lien on a property we loved in FH. It didn't work out for us b/c the seller was a loser, but your seller sounds like he's willing to fix the situation. I'm praying it works out for you, you guys have been so patient and really deserve this!

I really believe this is going to be our house and I'm suuuuper excited. I've already decided the color I want to paint the laundry room, what I want our master bedroom to look like, the flooring I want to do in the living room and kitchen, etc. haha
Hopefully we know by 4th of July...that's what they told us at least.
