We're having a big family dinner tomorrow because my uncle is here and we need to celebrate my dad's and SIL's bdays. My mum asked me to bring a dessert because she's leaving early Friday with my sister for NYC and my dad has a big graduation ceremony tomorrow night so it's got to be an easy dinner. I just don't have a lot of time myself tonight to make anything, that and it has to come to work with me tomorrow so can't be refrigerated. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe a dump cake? I'm usually one to go all out with the cooking but just don't have the time today!!!

If you want SUPER easy, and could pick up some vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on the way there, I would do one of these recipes:
