Nest dust needed and updates
1. Dust needed for house. Settlement attempts have fallen through so we are now in the steps of going to trial. Tomorrow the idiot is being deposed and I have to be there to witness it. So please send some dust our way. It's a discovery deposition prior to court required prior to mediation and trial. We will be pushing to get mediation here in the next month or two and a trial before the end of the year (hopefully). So nestie dust that the deposition with the idiot goes well tomorrow and we have more to go on. Hopefully we can try to get a settlement or mediation from it. But who knows. But slowly but surely we are getting there.
2. My best friend's husband is cancer free!!!! (The kidney issues). Turns out he just had one hell of a virus and as a stubborn Montana Ranch Man, had refused to go to the doctor until it got that bad.
3. My friend in SA with cancer fell off the map for a while, but is back on the wagon. She's still dealing with the news of the cancer and still hasn't made any decisions about what to do. She is in day treatment now to follow up to stay sober and help with her depression and denial of her condition. I may or may not have told you about the car accident she was in where she broke numerous bones. But those are healing and healing well. I did have to have an officer do a wellness check on her and he called back saying that he followed up intensely with both her and her husband. The husband is also in day treatment now (for the first time) for his issues and that things seem to be stable. So overall good news.
Anyhow... sorry I havent been around. Trying to finish up this data collection and God has been so wonderful to me. We are getting phenomenal results. Better than any of us have thought we would. So I havent been on as much. But it looks like my time is winding down at UT and Im slated to graduate in December! So... anyhow, thanks for the prayers on my friends because they are seeming to work. And just a little dust for tomorrow that we can move one step further in nailing the el culo de builder to the wall. TIA!
