My Nest Bio and Cycling Advice
I've been so successful with this that I don't want to screw it up. I really can't argue about losing on avg. 2.5 lbs/week, not including the 10 lbs in the first two weeks. If I continue to do well, I just might hit 100 lbs by the end of the year and to me that is just amazing.
Oh believe me... I have cravings for sweets and ice cream, but I just do my best to ignore them. If DH is eating something like that, I'll have just the tip of a spoon of it just so I can get the taste. He's supportive and doesn't want to torture me, so it fortunately doesn't happen too often. He's lost about 15 lbs just from that.
Last night when I was trying to pick out my treat, I saw a peanut butter pie covered with whip cream and my first thought was "oh, I could so eat the whole thing!" Leaving all that good stuff at the store is the first step!
seriously! 50lbs is awesome.
I agree with the "don't buy it you can't eat it" method. If there's not crap-food in the pantry or fridge I can't eat it.
Groundbreaking, I know
