i'm back!
i haven't been on here in about 2 weeks from pre-wedding business and then our honeymoon, so it feels like forever!
our wedding was fabulous, except for a couple minor mishaps, but i didn't even care. we did our own vows and one of our best friends officiated, and during the ceremony dh (so weird to type!) surprised me by having the ceremony acoustic guitarist and all our BM/GM sing "i wanna grow old with you" from the wedding singer at the end of his vows. it was super cute and goofy. we did the guest book tree thing and it worked fabulously, no inky fingers or anything! 
our cupcakes were amazing and everyone loved the wedding and had the time of our lives dancing the night away.
our honeymoon was great (Oahu and Maui) except for the very last day. we almost missed our flight home because a wild fire closed the only highway on maui and we couldn't get to our flight. we would have been stuck in red cross shelter tent things for a couple of days! luckily, i managed to get us the last 2 seats off the island on a tiny commuter plane out of a super small airport (terrifying flight!) to oahu for our connection. so we would still be in maui right now, but miserable and stuck in evacuee tents. i'll post more about our honeymoon later - i've got about 600 pics to get loaded and sort through to post on facebook and here!
