Me me me! This week was not so good, so I'm very happy it is almost the weekend!

I definitely needed my coffee fix, since I woke up with a headache this morning.
TPBM has gotten a sunburn in the past 2 weeks.
Me! Well, 2 weeks ago I got a rough burn and then it's evened out over the week from riding during the day.
The person below me is making cookies today and is using eggs! (I wanted to make some, but we have no eggs. . .so I'm trying a substitute, we'll see how well this goes)
I wasn't planning on it, but BOY does that sound like a good idea! I think I'll make some cookies tonight and I DO have plenty of eggs! (Farm fresh, don't you know!)
TPBM will have some sort of ice cream dessert this weekend.

TPBM has an awesome summer recipe to share (and please share it!)
Me! I'm making one of my favorite summer salads this weekend. You combined cheese tortellini (a big package, already cooked and cooled) with poppyseed dressing (I use a low-fat version), cherry tomatoes halved, broccoli florets (boiled for a min or two and then thrown in cold water, dried with a paper towel and then added) and chopped red onion. It is colorful, yummy and pretty healthy.
TPBM has exciting plans for 4th of July weekend.
