As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Update on hostage situation
It's still going on, almost 48 hours later. I guess the guy fired shots at police last night but they didn't fire back because of the child inside and then he fired 5 shots again this morning about 30 minutes ago. All the businesses for like a 5 block radius have been shut down and everyone in the apartment complex has been evacuated but no one is giving them anywhere to stay or any help or anything like that.
This is pretty crazy, esp as it's happening just a couple of blocks away. I hope they get this ended soon and get the baby out alive and safe.

THat poor kid. I can't imagine being the parent of that child either.
I would have thought they would have sent some kind of swat team in from a different way, but since I don't know anything about polic stuff they might not be able to do it.
