Re: Recent garden pics
Mainly freeze, either just blanching or turning into freezable items, like sukuma wiki or marinara sauce.
I do have a book on canning but never seem to find the time to actually do it.

I think my tomatoes might be winning of your tomatoes, though.
I'm hoping to grab photos tonight but everything - everything - has doubled in size in the past week. I need to start blanching and freezing collards and kale. We're pretty much eating salads for the foreseeable future.
It has, however, been very damp, cool and cloudy. If it doesn't dry out soon it's going to be another crappy year for peppers and tomatoes.
