Re: What you can get for $3mil in Cincinnati

  • It is UNREAL how many houses are for sale on that street and in that area right now. I run through there all the time - and last time I did Rookwood Ln/Dr/Cr which are all together, there were 5 houses for sale in one short loop - all in the $800k to $1.7m range. Three more on both sides of the corner where Grandin & Edwards branch.

    Seriously UNREAL.

All out of my price range, but still...worth of playing 'if I won the lotto' over.

  • Oh there are plenty in Cincinnati - Huff has a link called platinum properties - dh and I laugh when we look at these. I am shocked at how many over 1 mil homes there are in Anderson. That is where we are looking to purchase now, and you have to scroll about 10 pages back to get under 300k.

  • I'm fairly sure that the dining room/kitchen area of that house is the size of the entire lower level of mine. Smile
