Electrician rave

I don't know of anyone that is looking for an electrician, but thought I'd share my info on here anyway.
We had a slight issue with an outlet today - ok, little more then slight. It was smoking, warm to the touch, sent a current up my arm, and I even saw some flames through the holes. I called the fire dept to come and take a look at it and they told me to get an electrician over right away. I didn't have one so took a chance on one I found in the yellow pages (for some reason DH said "see if you can find an Irishman" - not sure why, but it worked).
I called O'Keefe Electric, and they were here in about 20 minutes. Totally professional, friendly, basically, any really good adjective you can think of would fit here. He gave me a couple of options on the outlet and fixed it. I decided to ask him to take a look at something else while he was here, and thank goodness he did since it was a fire waiting to happen. He fixed that. Then DH said, maybe he can stick on those two fixtures we bought for upstairs, so I asked him - no problem.
He was here maybe and hour - did three jobs, and it cost me $114!!! I was expecting it to be so much more that I was thrilled with that (especially knowing that it cost me $170 to have a basic doorknob put on our front door a few weeks ago). I was so happy witht the service that I wanted to make sure to share it.
So, if you are in the Albany area and need an electrician, call O'Keefe Electric.
