Same old same old here mostly; we figured out a way to maybe get the truck so we're going to another dealership tomorrow to see what price they can quote us.

What kind of truck are you hoping to get?

Toyota Tundra. We have to do a lot of moving in the next couple years and DH needs his own car and I don't like driving long distances alone in the car, so we needed something that can haul my car and all our stuff.

We did an obstacle course with a Tundra at a county fair once, it was awesome and that's when we decided to get one someday.

Sounds like a good plan. It'll definitely make the long drives from place to place less miserable.

DH and I have a reeeaaally old Dodge Durango and are way overdue for buying a new car. He wants another SUV, but unlike you we no longer have a need for a big car.

That's probably the way we'll go. We're not going to get one until I have a full time job, though. And at this rate that doesn't look likely for another year.

Have you found anything more out about Janesville?

Not too much, the crime rate is mostly petty theft which is good. It's going to be hard for me to get a job there, it's a blue collar town with a 15% unemployment rate and there was nothing listed on Monster that I was qualified for at this moment.

But other than that it looks fine.

I had to make a buffalo chicken dip for one of my classes tomorrow...its our last full day of school! then we start exams...

my father has a tacoma, but I believe its just a little smaller than a tundra...i looove it.

My friend's wedding was in Janesville last September. It was a really pretty place, but I wasn't there for long enough to really get a sense of it. Regardless of the town, at least you'll get to be there for a couple of years so you and your hubby can settle in a bit.

Yes, that's what I'm looking forward too the most. Having all our stuff in one place for a long period of time. We've been renting furnished apartments since we got married and they never feel like home.
