Mystery gifts.. did you have any?
I am just sick over it, because it's a really nice gift - a knife set and bamboo cutting board. We have no idea who gave it to us. There was no card attached, and we didn't find an extra card anywhere. I don't want us to look rude and ungrateful by not sending a thank you...but what should we do?
Did any of you have this problem? Did you figure it out, and if so, how?
Re: Mystery gifts.. did you have any?
You've heard what I've done, not what I've been through.
If you were in my shoes, you'd fall the first step."
gold: at Target. Do they do that? I didn't think they did....
I will have to try to figure it out by who came. The trouble is, there were some no-show RSVPs and I'll have to try to remember which ones didn't show. I may have to resort to asking on FB or something. lol
Thankfully that did not happen to us! Good luck finding out who its from!
Hey Ali, they WILL check the info at Target. We got a gift in the mail that came from Target's distribution center that had no name on it. My mom called customer service and was able to track it down.
We had one mystery gift from the actual wedding. We looked over our guestbook/picture frame thing and was actually able to figure out who it was by cross-elimination.
It doesn't hurt to check. We had some problems with people buying stuff from the registry but not giving the registry printout to the cashier for scanning, so there was no "registry record" of the gift. But it's worth a call to find out.
