morning...today has already started out bad. our ac is struggling to keep up with the warmer temps so when i went to bed at 10 last night, it was still 86 upstairs...today, i am participating in a semi-intervention of a dear friend of mine and while i was packing my lunch this am, i hear water dripping....of course - our master bath is leaking into our den. awesome.........
