Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

T&P for MH
Ashley somehow hurt his knee about a week ago. He has been unable to apply pressure, extend it, etc... poor guy. I have been icing it and wrapping it since the PCP didn't call us back despite our VM messages left last Thursday. Thankfully, they called me today and were able to get him in tonight at 8:30.
He is now the not so happy owner of a knee brace and crutches. Tomorrow I will call and schedule his x-ray & MRI & an appointment w/ an orthopedic specialist. Poor guy, thankfully he is off Tuesday & Wednesday so he can rest a little. He has to fly to Cincinnati tomorrow for the day. We are just hoping that since the PCP has no idea what is wrong that it isn't anything to serious when we see the ortho. T&P's for his knee would be appreciated!
He has never been on crutches before so its pretty funny watching him hobble around. I have been on crutches more times than I can count and have always had to listen to his teasing of being w/ "the gimp" so I have already busted the teasing out while we were in Target. LOL

So sorry to hear your husband is having problems with his knee. Crossing my fingers that it is not anything too serious.
Poor guy! I hope he's better by now. I effed up my knee a few years ago and was on crutches for a while before and after surgery. It royally sucked.
Do they know what's wrong with it yet?
