Yeah I was thinking that! I just got a positive yesterday myself! We could be pregnancy buddies!
Have you heard anything from the doc? They should probably have you come in anyways since you have had a previous m/c. Like Heather said, they can run tests on you and if need be give you some meds to help the baby stick.
But hopefully this one has plans to stick around on its own

Baby #3 - Little Bean - natural miscarriage - 1/17/11 @ 5w5d
I have an appointment at 1:30, my time. I'll see the dr, and they'll do bloodwork. The cramps have gone away, which is nice. She had mentioned after the m/c that she'll put me on progesterone right away the next time I get a BFP, so I'm guessing that'll happen.
I have this weird fear that they'll call after the test and tell me that the pg test was a fluke and that I'm not pg. But there is definitely a line there, so I just need to relax and quit freaking out.

This was me yesterday. I must have looked at that test 100 times. I finally just caved and did the digital that says 'pregnant' lol

Yeah, I keep going back and looking at it.
I have both a pink dye test and a digital that I plan on using tomorrow morning.
