I've been having Lean Cuisine for lunch the last couple of weeks. For some reason I just can not get on top of making my own lunches so this is a lot easier, & healthier than fast food.
Anyways - is it just me, or has Lean Cuisine seriously stepped up the quality of their food? The last time I tried some of their entrees was a couple years ago and I remember only liking 2 or 3 things. Now I've tried several different entrees (like 7 or 8) and liked them all.
The one I really love is the turkey one what comes with stuffing & cinnamon apples. I eat those on Mondays because I hate Mondays and I actually look forward to my turkey & apples, so it makes my day a little better. Hahaha. Also, just had the enchilada suizas and it was pretty yummy. I'm impressed.
Re: lean cuisine
I was eating them a lot, but lately I have been bad about my eating
I plan to get back to eating better ASAP, but I am like you and can never seem to get lunches made so I go with those or Smart Ones. I will admit that they are WWWAAAAYYYY better than they used to be.

Right after our wedding I seriously fell off the healthy eating wagon. I'm just not really making a full fledged effort to get back on.

I know what you mean! Honestly, the ones I've had lately are so much better then before. I think that the quality has changed, and I also think they have changed their heating instructions. It seemed like no matter what you were heating up (with LC) before, it was always like 5minutes on high. Today the enchilada suizas that I had was 8 minutes on 50% power and everything came out perfect, even the rice was like perfectly steamed. I haven't had any with veggies where the veggies seemed soggy or rubbery either. I'm seriously still really surprised (pleasantly).
I have the same problem so I usually have a yogurt or fruit with mine and that helps.
DH is really into them and hasn't found one that he doesn't like.
They're really cheap at Target (like $1.88 a box), so we stock up on them for his lunches or dinner when we're lazy.
