  I don't really know what to suggest because we just bought our first one (http://www.adameve.com/adult-sex-toys/***-rings/sp-adam-eve-couples-enhancer-ring-14055.aspx).  If you're buying it for yourself, from suggestion on here, it seems that the girls recommend bullets or rabbits.  Sorry I can't help more!

  I would personally suggest maybe starting with a bullet, for women. I have one got it from Slumber Parties, and I LOVE it. You can use it alone or you can use it while being intimate with your partner. I can't tell you how much I enjoy mine. Good luck picking whatever toy you decide start with.
